The Tung Sol KT-150 is a high-end tetrode power tube with 70W plate dissipation. It is the most powerful tube in the 6550/KT88/KT90/KT120 family, developed to improve heat dissipation and ensure optimal sound performance. It is extremely reliable and guarantees a long life.
A pair of KT-150 in push-pull mode can deliver power levels approaching 300W. The ovoid enclosure cancels out any microphonic problems.
The tubes are sold here paired, to ensure optimal performance.
