The Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden is a three-way active speaker with 360° sound diffusion, built around a high-density wooden enclosure inspired by mountain shapes. It combines a 2.54cm (1") tweeter, a 10cm (2.75") midrange driver and a 14.6cm (5.75") subwoofer, powered by an integrated amplification of 2×30W + 1×60W to cover the spectrum from 30 Hz to 25 kHz (±3 dB).
Designed for home listening without a complex installation, it combines Bluetooth 5.2 with Qualcomm aptX HD, a 3.5 mm auxiliary input and TWS pairing to form a stereo pair. Its conical structure diffuses sound in all directions, while its hand-crafted wooden enclosure, integrated controls and LED lighting allow it to blend in both as an acoustic element and as a piece of furniture.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: A conical speaker designed around acoustics
The Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden is an active wireless speaker whose conical shape is inspired by mountain relief, while meeting precise acoustic constraints. Its upper section houses the tweeter and the midrange driver, while the wider part of the enclosure allocates a significant space to the bass driver. This geometry limits internal reflections and allows homogeneous sound diffusion around the speaker.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: Three-way architecture and 360° diffusion
The TreSound1 adopts a three-way design separating the high, mid and low frequencies into three distinct compartments. It combines a 2.54cm (1") tweeter, a 10cm (2.75") midrange driver and a 14.6cm (5.75") subwoofer, complemented by a bass-reflex load intended to limit bass attenuation and acoustic short-circuits. Its conical guiding structure diffuses frequencies over 360°, creating a soundstage that is less dependent on the listening position.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: Extended bass and integrated amplification
The bass driver uses a wider suspension and a two-layer composite paper diaphragm, while its large excursion allows a deeper and more dynamic reproduction. The integrated amplification delivers 2×30W for the mids-highs and 1×60W for the bass, with a stated frequency response of 30 Hz to 25 kHz (±3 dB), a signal-to-noise ratio above 90 dB and distortion below 1%. This power distribution preserves vocal clarity while maintaining a sustained bass.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: High-resolution Bluetooth and stereo pairing
The Bluetooth 5.2 connection with Qualcomm aptX HD codec support allows the transmission of audio files up to 24 bits / 48 kHz, while a 3.5 mm auxiliary input allows a wired source to be connected. Two TreSound1 units can also be paired in TWS to form a left-right stereo pair and widen the soundstage. This configuration is suitable both for individual listening and for a more immersive installation in a living space.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: Wooden enclosure and manual craftsmanship
The enclosure is made of high-density wood selected for its mechanical and acoustic properties, without using plastic for its main structure. Its finish relies on four piano-type painting steps, thirteen polishing operations and more than a hundred assembly and finishing operations. The top button and the grille are CNC-machined in aluminum, then anodized to combine mechanical strength, uniform texture and visual integration with the wood.
Trettitre TreSound1 Wooden: Integrated controls and ambient lighting
The main controls are grouped at the top of the speaker: the central button handles power-on and volume adjustment, while an indicator signals the status of the Bluetooth connection. A soft LED strip is integrated under the enclosure to provide discreet ambient lighting, synchronized with the music. With its dimensions of 300 × 300 × 430 mm and its net weight of 6 kg, the TreSound1 Wooden retains a significant presence while remaining suited to a home installation.
