This amplifier module 2.1 is based on bipolar LM3886 circuits and original Toshiba transistors for the Subwoofer part. It has a general volume, a bass volume and a potentiometer to adjust the bass cutoff frequency.
This 2.1 amplifier module is based on the LM3886TF high-performance circuit developed by National SemiConductor for the stereo part and the 2SA1943/2SC5200 transistors for the subwoofer part. It is capable of delivering 2 x 50W continuous power at 8? stereo and delivers 150W at 8 Ohm with a dedicated mono subwoofer channel.
The Subwoofer channel can be easily set by a potentiometer for the cut-off frequency and another for the adjustable level. This product offers dynamic, musical sound and good bass performance typical of the Class A/B class.
Its simple design thanks to its three integrated potentiometers allows the manufacture of an amplifier quickly. The two OP AMP JRC5532 on DIP8 support will allow you to change the sound at will.
With its thermal and electrical stability, this amplifier module is equipped with a double system of sophisticated protection against overvoltages (ownership technology SPiKe?), and undervoltages, the latter intervening when the power supply falls below 12V. The integrated relays provide protection for the speakers and have a timer to prevent "Plocs" on ignition.
