The TINYSINE TSA7802C is a 2-channel digital audio amplifier module integrating both a Class D amplification stage based on the Texas Instruments TPA3116D2 chip, an Analog Devices ADAU1701 DSP audio processor, and an SPDIFBee digital receiver that converts coaxial S/PDIF streams to I²S. This all-in-one architecture combines digital audio reception, advanced DSP processing, and power amplification on a single compact board. The TSA7802C delivers up to 2x50W at 4Ω and can efficiently drive 4Ω or 8Ω passive speakers using an external 12V to 24V DC power supply. Its coaxial S/PDIF input supports 16-bit and 24-bit audio streams up to 96kHz, while the ADAU1701 DSP offers extensive sound customization capabilities. The board also features a SigmaStudio-compatible programming port, enabling the creation of advanced audio processing functions such as equalization, active filtering, delay management, bass enhancement, and multiband dynamic processing. Finally, several built-in protections ensure reliable operation, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection.
Please note: the remote control button extension port is not available on this module. Only the volume/tone control port is available.
Potentiometer volume control port:
The board features an Ext POT port. You can connect external potentiometers (5K~20K) to control the master volume, treble, midrange, and bass levels. You must first update the DSP firmware with the version compatible with external potentiometers.

The core of the audio processing is based on the Analog Devices ADAU1701 DSP, a solution particularly appreciated in embedded audio and DIY audiophile applications.
The board comes with a preloaded DSP program that already allows adjustment of gain, bass, midrange, and treble levels. For more advanced customization, the integrated debugging port allows connection of a compatible USBi programmer and the development of custom processing projects using SigmaStudio.
Users can therefore implement advanced functions such as:
This high level of flexibility makes the TSA7802C an ideal platform for designing active speakers, multi-amplified systems, or custom audio projects.
