WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474 Class D Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier Module ADAU1701 DSP 2x30W 8 Ohm
The Wondom JAB3+, part number AA-JA32474, is an amplifier module capable of developing 2x 30W power at 8 Ohm, and featuring Bluetooth 5.0 (aptX HD) functionality as well as an ADAU1701 DSP chip. Thanks to this DSP chip, the JAB3+ is an all-in-one amplifier module that can be programmed with SigmaStudio, AppControl and PC UI when coupled with a Wondom ICP programmer (ICP5, for example). This gives you access to settings such as volume, gain, frequency and equalization. In addition to its speaker output, the JAB3+ features an additional mixed audio output, which can be used with another amplifier module to create a 2.1 or 4.0 system. The PC UI interface can then be used to configure the amplifier in mono or stereo mode. The JAB3+ can also be battery-powered with Wondom BCPB module series to create a portable, high-performance audio system.
WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474: Bluetooth 5.0
A Bluetooth 5.0 interface enables the Jab3+ to support high-resolution Bluetooth codecs: SBC, AAC, AptX, aptX LL and aptX HD. A receive antenna is integrated directly into the module for direct use, but an external antenna port is also present to ensure stable data transmission and high audio performance if the JAB3+ is installed in a speaker or enclosure.
WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474: ADAU1701 DSP chip
Audio signal processing is handled by an ADAU1701 DSP chip. Four ports allow external potentiometers (sold separately) to be fitted. These allow you to control volume, gain, bass and treble levels. Used in conjunction with a Wondom ICP5 module (sold separately), you can then adjust numerous audio parameters via SigmaStudio software or a control application.
WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474: 3.5mm jack line input
In addition to its Bluetooth input, the Jab3+ features a 3.5mm jack line input. The signal from the two inputs can be mixed before being sent to the amplifier circuit. The AUX 3.5mm cable is supplied in the JAB3+ functional cable kit (AA-JA11117).
WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474: Support for battery powering
In addition to the option of a DC 12-26V power supply, the Wondom JAB3+ AA-JA32474 amplifier module supports battery power, greatly enhancing the module's portability. As the JAB3+ is not equipped with a charging circuit, the use of Wondom BCPB modules is recommended.
WONDOM JAB3+ AA-JA32474: energy consumption control system
A sensor system monitors the input signal. It enables the Wondom JAB3+ AA-JA32474 to automatically switch to standby if no signal above the detection threshold is detected for 5 minutes. When a signal is detected, it switches back on automatically.
