The Audivina LE from HIFIMAN is a closed-back, circumaural planar magnetic headphone, a direct descendant of the Audivina. Like its predecessor, it stands out for its surprisingly open soundstage for a closed-back headphone, as well as its micrometre-thin diaphragm, which delivers extremely detailed sound reproduction. Furthermore, this new version features a redesigned acoustic chamber and modifications to the headphone structure. The result is a lighter and therefore more comfortable version, offering more present and enveloping bass.

The design of the Audivina LE's resonance chamber was inspired by the highly respected acoustic architecture of the Bayreuth Festival Theatre in Germany, whose multi-level attenuation provides listeners with detailed sound reproduction and a wide sound stage.
HIFIMAN Audivina LE : New acoustic chamber
Building on the foundations of its predecessor, the Audivina LE furthermore optimises the design of its acoustic cavity through the choice of different materials, structural reinforcement and a different surface texture. The result is a reduction in unwanted resonance and a slight increase in bass presence, making the Audivina LE ideal for monitoring without compromising listening pleasure. Furthermore, this new design has also reduced the total weight of the headphones to just under 450g, improving comfort during long work or listening sessions.
HIFIMAN Audivina LE : Stealth magnet array
Another key feature of the Audivina LE is its stealth magnet array, designed to minimise the impact of magnets on sound. This array allows sound waves to pass through the magnets without creating interference, diffraction or turbulence, ensuring more accurate sound reproduction and wideband playback.
HIFIMAN Audivina LE : Ultra-thin membrane
The headphones also stand out thanks to their diaphragm, which is 80% thinner than the diaphragms previously used by the brand, with a total thickness of between 1 and 2 micrometres. This allows them to respond more quickly to impulses while maintaining exceptional detail and extremely low distortion.
HIFIMAN Audivina LE : Wearing comfort
When designing the Audivina LE, wearing comfort was also a particular focus. For example, the ear cups on these headphones are single-ended so that they fit the natural shape of the ear as closely as possible. Furthermore, the headband has been designed to distribute the weight of the headphones evenly, ensuring that you can enjoy long listening sessions without feeling any discomfort.
HIFIMAN Audivina LE : Supplied cables
To ensure compatibility with all devices you may wish to connect it to, the Audivina LE comes with a 1.5m cable with a 3.5mm jack connector, a 3m cable with a 6.35mm jack connector, and a 3m cable with an XLR connector. The headphone connection is made via two 3.5mm jack connectors.
