AUDIOPHONICS Active Trigger Sequencer 1 IN / 4 OUT 12V

This active trigger sequencer is hand-assembled in our Audiophonics workshop. It avoids plocks and current peaks in order to switch on and off a chain of several Hi-Fi devices. It features two operating modes: SLOW/FAST, depending on the desired effect. To avoid plocks and current peaks, it's best to use the SLOW mode. To simply avoid a current peak, FAST mode is sufficient.

This active sequencer trigger also has two other advantages:

• Even if you input 5V, you can output 12V on all outputs.
• Output current is also boosted. While your source device delivers a low current via its trigger out connector, the active trigger sequencer delivers a current that depends on its power supply. For example, the supplied power supply delivers a current of 1A, so you'll find 250mA per trigger output. If you need more, you can go up to 1A per trigger output by changing the power supply. In this case, opt for a 12V 4A power supply. This can be used, for example, to power LED lighting or a home cinema screen.
