Ian Canada LifePO4MiniPro Battery Power Supply Module 3.3V
The Ian Canada LifePO4Mini Pro 3.3V is a well-designed, next-generation pure power supply module. It has many new features and is a major step forward from the current LifePO4 Mini series.
The LifePO4Mini Pro 3.3V uses four 18650 batteries in parallel to achieve a maximum capacity of 8000mAh with extremely low output ESR. Thanks to the USB-C PD (Power Delivery) protocol, 12V/9V fast charging mode is activated when a compatible USB AC adapter is connected. In addition, a Super-Pure mode (UPS mode) is introduced for the first time to enable it to function as an ultra-pure power supply without AC/DC input for noise-sensitive applications.
Furthermore, since this is a purely passive power supply, there is no feedback or active components involved. The sound quality of sensitive audio applications such as low-jitter clock oscillators, DACs, FIFOs, and many other circuits will benefit from this LifePO4Mini Pro power supply.
Thanks to this new state-of-the-art LifePO4Mini Pro 3.3V power supply, many high-end digital audio DIY projects can be carried out in a more professional manner.
18650 LifePO4 batteries are sold separately.
Be careful not to reverse the direction of the batteries.
Key features:

- Current capacity of 12A continuous and 50A dynamic.
- Actual output ESR measurement @ 1kHz: 6.1mOhm (fuse bypass) / 8.9mOhm (with default 12A fuse).
- In “Pure-Mode,” the outputs are completely isolated from the input. There is no ground loop.
- Can be powered by a 6-12V AC or USB-C DC power supply.
- USB-C PD 9V/12V protocol for fast charging.
- Super-Pure Mode (UPS): Can provide pure battery output even without mains power.
- Rewritable fuse with very low ESR: no need to replace fuses.
- Independent low ESR output connectors for positive and negative terminals.
- Internal and external on/off switch.
- Input (isolated) and output of the ON/OFF control chain.
- SYNC IN/OUT charging (isolated).
- Low-current (100mA) 5V AUX output to provide an additional 5V output.
- 3.3V output.
- Can be upgraded to a hybrid supercapacitor/battery power supply when used with a UcConditionerPro 3.3V or UcHybrid.
- Has both switched and continuous outputs.
- Protection mode to prevent battery depletion or low output voltage.
- Four-layer printed circuit board design with two additional layers for low ESR and high current and additional shielding.
- More compact design.
- The mounting screw positions are compatible with Raspberry Pi-sized circuit boards (HAT).
- Precision manufacturing.
