The Ludic Orpheus speaker cable is designed to transmit the audio signal between the amplifier and the speakers with low resistance and excellent electrical stability. It features an OCC copper design combined with double shielding, which helps to minimise interference whilst maintaining signal integrity. Intended for use in home hi-fi systems, it combines conductivity, protection and connection flexibility to ensure a reliable link between the various components of the audio system.
Ludic Orpheus: OCC copper cable
The Ludic Orpheus features two OCC copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.289mm², ensuring low resistance whilst providing stable signal transmission along the entire length of the cable. The signal is protected by double shielding combining an aluminium foil layer with a tinned copper braid, effectively reducing EMI/RFI interference whilst maintaining good installation flexibility. The assembly is finished with an attractive braided cotton sheath, bringing the total cable diameter to 8mm.
Ludic Orpheus: Modular connectors
The connectors feature 24-carat gold-plated copper contacts, ensuring stable conductivity whilst minimising oxidation and corrosion over time. Their nickel-plated brass bodies enhance their mechanical strength, whilst the interchangeable terminals, banana plugs and screw-on spades, allow the cable to be adapted to different types of terminal blocks whilst maintaining a secure and long-lasting connection.
