The Q100 integrates balanced XLR outputs alongside an unbalanced RCA output, allowing the output level and transmission mode to be matched to the installation's requirements while limiting ground loop interference on long cable runs. This architecture is supported by measured performance of ≥124dB SNR and 0.0002% THD+N, ensuring faithful reproduction of the converted signal while preserving dynamic range across the full spectrum.

For those wishing to fine-tune the DAC's behaviour, the Q100 offers several PCM digital filters acting on the impulse response and roll-off management, allowing the trade-off between transient precision and reverb rendering to be adjusted. Sharp roll-off modes (Sharp / Short Delay Sharp) favour a structured reproduction with pronounced attack definition, while progressive roll-off variants (Slow / Super Slow) attenuate pre-ringing effects to produce a more continuous and natural presentation.

This approach extends further with intermediate profiles (Short Delay Slow, Low Dispersion) that adjust temporal dispersion and spatial perception, enabling the converter's behaviour to be tailored to the content being played. The full feature set is accessible via a user interface incorporating an OLED display.
