Hidizs MK12 Turris: Optimized architecture, meticulous design

The 12mm dynamic transducer is based on an M-shaped magnesium alloy diaphragm, a material chosen for its lightness and internal damping capacity. The dual magnetic circuit provides a flux density of 1.5T, enabling a fast response to transients and better extension at the lower end of the spectrum.

The whole thing is housed in a CNC-machined aluminum alloy shell, whose geometry is inspired by the Turritopsis dohrnii jellyfish. This enclosure has a semi-open structure, promoting a more airy soundstage while limiting internal resonances.

Hidizs MK12 Turris: Interchangeable acoustic filters

The MK12 Turris incorporates a system of interchangeable acoustic filters, allowing you to modify the sound signature:

• Red filter: accentuation of the upper end of the spectrum, improved ventilation and clarity.
• Silver filter: balanced response, neutral profile.
• Black filter: Slight emphasis on low frequencies, warmer sound.

Each filter acts on the acoustic pressure at the transducer vent, thereby modifying the response curve and the perception of the sound stage.

Hidizs MK12 Turris: Silver-plated OFC copper cable

The supplied cable features silver-plated OFC copper conductors, terminated with 0.78mm 2-pin CIEM connectors on the earphone side. On the source side, this model features an asymmetrical 4.4mm jack connector.

Hidizs MK12 Turris: Perfect ergonomics

The metal shells feature an ergonomic three-point support profile, ensuring good passive isolation without excessive pressure. Silicone ear tips are provided in several sizes. Low impedance and high sensitivity allow for easy control from a smartphone, compact USB DAC, or portable HiFi player.
