The KZ EDZ are dynamic in-ear monitors (IEMs) designed to deliver detailed and balanced sound reproduction. They feature a KZ-developed ultra-wideband, long-excursion dynamic driver covering a frequency response from 7Hz to 45kHz. With an impedance of 24Ω and a sensitivity of 107dB/mW (@1kHz), they are easy to drive from a smartphone, computer, digital audio player, or DAC/headphone amplifier. This version comes with a 120 ± 5cm detachable silver-plated cable featuring 0.75mm connectors, a 3.5mm jack termination, and dual high-definition microphones for calls and in-game voice communication. Their ergonomic in-ear design ensures excellent comfort and effective passive noise isolation, while the dual acoustic damping system provides more natural sound reproduction with smooth, well-controlled treble.
KZ EDZ: Ultra-Wideband Dynamic Driver
The KZ EDZ feature a long-excursion dynamic driver equipped with a magnetic circuit using high-performance neodymium magnets. This design improves diaphragm control throughout its entire excursion, delivering deep, punchy bass, rich midrange, and detailed highs. With an extended frequency response from 7Hz to 45kHz, they reproduce even the finest musical nuances with excellent dynamics and transient response.
KZ EDZ: Dual Acoustic Damping System
To achieve more natural sound reproduction, the KZ EDZ employ a dual damping system combining an integrated acoustic nozzle damper with a metal sound filter. This architecture effectively reduces sibilance and harshness in the high frequencies while maintaining an excellent level of detail, resulting in a smoother and more faithful listening experience.
KZ EDZ: Dual HD Microphones and Detachable Cable
This version of the KZ EDZ comes with a detachable silver-plated cable equipped with two high-definition microphones. Positioned at different points along the cable, they optimize voice pickup for both phone calls and online gaming sessions while reducing plosive sounds and distortion. The 0.75mm connectors also make it easy to replace the cable or upgrade to a higher-end version according to the user's needs.
