The Aune Evo N5 is a network player based on an architecture that favors signal processing using audiophile components. It features an ES9039Q2M DAC chip, an NXP Cortex-M7 processor, an Intel FPGA and a Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth chip, as well as FIFO technology and a dual PLL internal clock for optimized jitter management. It supports sampling rates up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512, as well as advanced Bluetooth codecs such as aptX-HD and LDAC, enabling you to enjoy the best audio files available via streaming or your local library. The N5 is compatible with numerous network protocols and streaming platforms: Airplay 2, Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz, Amazon Music and more. Its extensive connectivity also makes it an excellent device for transforming your Hi-Fi system into a connected Hi-Fi system.
The architecture of the Aune N5 EVO offers jitter-free decoding thanks to femtosecond-precision signal processing from 44.1kHz to DSD512. The overall architecture, similar to that of a CD player, focuses solely on signal processing for the cleanest possible rendering. The combination of the Intel FPGA and the ESS9039Q2M DAC chip delivers lossless quality to the N5 EVO's outputs.
The N5 EVO supports numerous streaming protocols, so you can enjoy streaming platforms such as Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and Qobuz, for example. Added to this is AirPlay 2 functionality and a Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth receiver chip supporting the high-definition codecs aptX HD and LDAC for the most reliable and stable wireless playback that also preserves signal quality.
A connector on the rear panel of the N5 EVO lets you connect an external clock, further enhancing the device's signal processing performance.
