iFi Audio unveils a beautifully designed balanced cable, consisting of one 4.4mm male jack and two 3-pin XLR connectors. The cable features OFHC copper conductors with a total cross section of 1.31mm² (16AWG).
Helix design
The cable consists of several insulated conductors braided into a helix, a design called Helix minZ. This protects the cable from RFI and EMI interference and thus noise, for a high quality transmission. In addition, the polymeric jacket used offers excellent dielectric properties.
A neat design
This iFi Audio cable benefits from an excellent manufacturing quality. The conductors are made of OFC 4N and Silver 5N copper for maximum electrical conductivity. Each conductor is insulated by a RoHS certified polymeric sheath. The connectors are gold plated for an optimal durability.
