DAYTON AUDIO XO2W-3.5K 2-Way Speaker Crossover Filter 3500Hz

The Dayton Audio XO2W-3.5K speaker crossover filter was designed using a second-order Linkwitz-Riley alignment (12dB/octave). Dayton Audio metallized polyester film capacitors are used in the high-pass and low-pass sections. 18-gauge inductors were used to keep DC resistance to a minimum. A unique feature of the low-pass section allows the use of 4 or 8-ohm woofers, which is perfect for building D'Appolito-type 2-way or multi-woofer systems. The high-pass cutoff frequency is calibrated for an 8-ohm load. All components are glued or secured to eliminate buzzing and vibration. The high-quality blue PC board uses a backplate for rigidity and eyelets for easy mounting. The power handling capacity of this filter is 300W.
