The Denafrips Arcas is a high-end streamer featuring carefully selected components to deliver exceptional sound quality. Its components include a UPOCC O-Core transformer, a custom oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO), a unique proprietary streamer module with an ARM Cortex Quad-Core processor, and an FPGA/CPLD chip with galvanic isolation. The Arcas is compatible with numerous protocols such as Roon Bridge, HQPlayer NAA, Airplay, and DLNA to offer a variety of configuration options. The network connection is made via an RJ45 Ethernet port, while the signal output can be made via numerous digital ports: 2x AES/EBU, coaxial SPDIF, Toslink optical, or I2S LVDS via HDMI or USB-B. Other connectors allow you to connect an external clock or play local files via USB Host or TF card slot. This network player is capable of delivering up to 32-bit 384kHz and DSD512 via its I2S outputs, providing ultra-high-resolution streaming to the DAC in your Hi-Fi system.
