The iFi Audio Groundhog system solves a problem rarely raised by audiophiles and yet very common. For economic reasons numbers of builders do not connect the earth or ground on the IEC sockets of their products.

In many cases, one of the devices in your HiFi system finds itself without reference ground and sends the noise, the whistles, the blast on your reproduction system. Often it is enough to touch the surface of the electronic device in question to amplify the noise in the speakers.
