The Dayton Audio DC250-8 woofer is ideal for integration into a 2 or 3-way speaker system. It offers an excellent price/performance ratio, with very good sound performance, allowing for rich and deep bass reproduction. Its Qts (Total Quality Coefficient) of 0.45 allows it to be used in closed or open loudspeakers.
The paper diaphragm is made of unpressed treated paper and provides a very good frequency response, where the design of the coil and its support ensure high power handling without compression. The durability of the loudspeaker is ensured by the use of a rubber suspension and a treated cloth core cover.
