NEUTRIK NC3MXX-14-BAG-D Male XLR Connector

The Neutrik NC3MXX-14-BAG-D is a 3-pin male XLR connector designed for cables with a diameter of 8 to 10mm (outer). This special version of the XX series combines a black metal housing with silver contacts and retains the features of the range, with a design suited to larger cross-section cables.

The specific cage of the female contact reduces contact resistance, while an integrated barrier limits solder wicking towards the connection area. Its reinforced metal latch, wider and easier to handle, makes connections easier; additional ground contacts improve electrical continuity between the connector and its shell. The clamp-type cable retention increases pull-out strength and simplifies assembly, while the polyurethane boot protects the cable against bending stress. Its rugged die-cast zinc shell completes this assembly intended for applications requiring a reliable and durable connector; colored rings and boots can also be used for identification.
