The Wondom AA-AB32257 DIPO2 is a stereo digital amplifier module with I2S interface designed to ensure direct signal conversion and amplification, relying on the TAS5768 circuit to limit intermediate stages and preserve audio stream consistency. It delivers 2x50W into 4 ohms with support for up to 192kHz / 24bits, thereby maintaining source signal resolution while ensuring stable reproduction with a signal-to-noise ratio of 103dB.
Intended for digital audio integrations such as embedded systems, compact configurations or standalone projects, it combines a simplified I2S input without MCLK, a usable analog output for preamplification and direct compatibility with battery power supply, allowing the structuring of a complete audio chain from a single digital source.
The DIPO2 module relies on a fully digital amplification architecture integrating the Texas Instruments TAS5768 circuit, allowing direct processing of I2S streams to limit intermediate conversions and preserve signal integrity. It supports resolutions up to 192kHz / 24bits, while PCB routing optimization and calibration phases ensure a signal-to-noise ratio of 103dB and THD+N distortion of 0.037% at 1 W into 4 ohms, resulting in stable reproduction faithful to the original content.
The I2S input operates in a 3-wire configuration without MCLK signal, reducing parasitic emissions while facilitating compliance with EMI/EMC constraints. This configuration also enables direct interoperability with many digital sources, particularly embedded platforms, thereby allowing simplified integration into existing systems without specific adaptation.

Powered at 24 V, the module delivers 50W per channel into 4 ohms, allowing it to drive home or desktop configurations while maintaining usable power headroom. Beyond this function, the presence of a preamplified analog output allows extraction of the signal upstream of the power stage, enabling its use as a digital-to-analog converter and facilitating pairing with external amplifiers.
The integration of a 4-position PH connector compatible with WONDOM BCPB battery modules allows direct power supply without intermediate adaptation, reducing wiring complexity while ensuring reliable electrical continuity. The use of a single PH-PH cable thus enables quick connection between modules, simplifying the implementation of portable or standalone audio systems.


A dedicated port allows connection of an external rotary potentiometer module AA-AB41152, enabling direct adjustment of the output level without going through a software layer. This approach ensures immediate system response and facilitates the integration of physical front-panel control in various environments.
The thermal design is sized to follow speaker behavior by absorbing power peaks during voice coil temperature rise, then regulating average power to remain within safe operating limits. This management, combined with efficient dissipation, removes the need for an additional heatsink, while protections against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuits and reverse polarity help maintain reliable long-term operation.
Four mounting points allow stable installation in various enclosures, while preinstalled industrial terminal interfaces enable direct cable connection without soldering operations. The compact format of 1.44mmx68.58mm thus facilitates integration into various audio projects while limiting space requirements, resulting in quick and repeatable implementation.
