VIABLUE T8 Binding Post + Anti-Rotation Protection (Pair)

The VIABLUE T8 is a pair of high-end speaker binding posts supplied with VIABLUE Rotation Protectors, designed to ensure a flawless mechanical and electrical connection between speaker cables and the internal components of loudspeakers or connection terminals.

To minimize contact resistance, each binding post features a one-piece design with a constant 4.9 mm cross-section between the external connection point and the internal solder cup, allowing the connection of large-gauge speaker cables. Compatible with banana plugs, spade connectors, ring terminals, as well as direct soldered or screw-mounted connections, the T8 even allows the simultaneous use of banana plugs and spade connectors. They feature an extra-long threaded shaft suitable for thick mounting panels (minimum thickness of 5 mm), a "waffle" knurled surface providing excellent grip and optimal retention of spade connectors, as well as a satin black aluminum housing and 24K gold-plated contacts ensuring optimum conductivity and excellent oxidation resistance. Two polyoxymethylene (POM) insulating discs provide electrical insulation, distribute mechanical stress, and reduce vibrations.

The patented polyamide (PA) Rotation Protector system takes advantage of the T8's specific design, whose solder cup is flattened on its upper and lower sides, preventing any rotation of the binding posts when tightening connectors. This mechanical locking device is installed inside the loudspeaker cabinet and is compatible with center-to-center spacing from 17 mm to 45 mm. With a diameter of 15.6 mm, a total length of 69 mm, a visible external section of 31.8 mm, a maximum visible internal section of 32 mm, and compatibility with mounting holes from 11.8 to 12.2 mm, the VIABLUE T8 provides a robust, versatile, and audiophile-grade connection solution perfectly suited to the most demanding high-fidelity installations.
