ESS ES9038Q2M DAC

At the heart of the SU-6 is a digital-to-analog conversion chip that converts audio signals with great efficiency. This chip is widely recognized by HiFi enthusiasts. Taking advantage of the HyperStream II 32bit architecture and the Time Domain Jitter Eliminator technology, the ES9038Q2M DAC offers a very clear and transparent reproduction. It also supports high resolution audio streams.

USB XMOS Interface 

Another strong point of the SU-6 is its second generation USB XMOS interface. This one allows to take advantage of a USB-C input able to support high sampling rates, up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512, for a sound of an incredible fidelity.

Bluetooth 5.0

Embedding a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver from Qualcomm, the SU-6 allows you to broadcast your music remotely, from a smartphone or a tablet for example. Moreover, the SU-6 is compatible with the high quality transmission codecs aptX, aptX HD and LDAC, for a restitution equal or superior to CD quality, in wireless.

High quality components

The whole device benefits from a beautiful design, using only audio components. For example, there are four dual OPA1612 PDUs, a clock processing circuit for low jitter and an integrated low noise power supply.

Bien, bien. Et bien.
J'ai deux Sanskrit mk2, fiables et sans failles, qui m'ont donné une belle confiance en la marque SMSL. Je viens d'acquérir le SU-6 et c'est encore mieux. Logique, je vais continuer à monter en gamme avec SMSL.
C'est hors-sujet mais je l'écris quand même : il y a eu un grand boum de la reproduction sonore autour des années 80, nous traversons un nouvel âge d'or. Vraiment.
