BerryBak BDSP2.4U PRO 4-Channel DSP Preamplifier
The BerryBak BDSP2.4U PRO is a DSP preamplifier based on an ADAU1701 architecture, designed to handle signal processing, conversion and distribution in multi-way audio systems. It relies on independent ADC and DAC stages, PCM1822 and PCM5122, combined with full isolation between internal sections, preserving signal integrity while maintaining a signal-to-noise ratio of 105dB and distortion held to 0.003%.
BerryBak BDSP2.4U PRO: ADC/DAC
The BDSP2.4U PRO adopts an architecture built around independent ADC and DAC stages, combined with full isolation between the input, output and power supply sections, allowing interference to be contained and crosstalk minimised while maintaining a signal-to-noise ratio of 105dB and distortion of 0.003%. This approach extends to the integration of dedicated converters,PCM1822 for the ADC and PCM5122 for the DAC, ensuring more precise signal conversion with minimal information loss, while the structural isolation reduces parasitic background noise.
BerryBak BDSP2.4U PRO: ADAU1701 DSP
The BDSP2.4U PRO also integrates a high-performance ADAU1701 DSP chip for audio signal processing, including a 10-band equaliser, delay management and crossover adjustment.
Once connected to the Wondom ICP5 programmer (sold separately), you can write a programme using Sigma Studio, or achieve real-time control of your audio system via the PC user interface, through which gain, volume, highpass/lowpass filters, equaliser and other parameters can be adjusted.

Designed for direct integration into varied configurations, the BDSP2.4U PRO adopts an aluminium chassis whose structural rigidity ensures both reliability and passive thermal dissipation, while facilitating installation in space-constrained environments. This approach is complemented by USB Type-C power delivery at 5 V, simplifying setup without requiring a dedicated power solution.
