In-Ear Monitors IEM Dynamic Drivers Ø13.6mm + Balanced Armature 26 Ohm
FiiO's FH1s in-ear headphones benefit from a smart design, allowing them to reveal a convincing, rich, precise and immersive sound. These indeed integrate at the same time a dynamic loudspeaker of 13.6mm of diameter and an Armature Balanced Knowles 33518 loudspeaker.
The FH1 now in an improved version
The FH1s is based on its big brother, the FiiO FH1, which was widely acclaimed by many audiophiles. In this new version, FiiO pushes the sound quality of its IEMs even further. The FH1s now features a larger dynamic driver combined with a Knowles Balanced Armature driver for deep bass and incredibly clear mids and highs.
Knowles 33518 Balanced Armature
The Knowles 33518 Balanced Armature driver is positioned at the front of the earpiece (closer to the ear) to reduce high frequency losses and thus promote a good high frequency reproduction. In addition, this speaker diffuses high frequencies through a copper tube to reduce resonance and offer a greater sense of realism.
Dynamic speaker Ø13.6mm
The on-board 13.6mm diameter dynamic driver provides excellent low frequency transient response and low distortion. It is composed of a bio-polymer diaphragm driven by a robust N50 magnet, for impressive bass and perfect percussion reproduction.
Pressure relief system
While the large, dynamic 13.6mm driver alone provides deep, high-quality bass, it's paired with a patented pressure release system to further enhance its potential. This finely tuned pressure relief system equalizes air pressure at the front and back of the earpiece body, promoting a wide soundstage and reducing ear fatigue.
Celluloid front panel
Celluloid has been widely used to make guitar picks and has important musical properties. Laminated celluloid is also the material of choice for the FH1s faceplate. Because of the randomness of laminated celluloid, each FH1s faceplate has its own unique look and feel.
A shape perfectly adapted to the ear
Based on the feedback received for the other IEMs of the brand, FiiO has worked to offer the FH1s a shape perfectly adapted to the human ear. Thus, everyone will be able to enjoy these headphones in a comfortable way, even for long listening sessions.
Cable with copper conductors
The cable supplied with the FH1s also benefits from a nice design, with braided Litz copper wire conductors. Each Litz wire is insulated for a perfect transmission of the signal, avoiding the skin effect. The cable thus participates in providing a quality sound reproduction, with beautiful bass and midrange and a perfect coherence between all frequencies.
The FH1s come with a complete package, consisting of the cable, 3 pairs of bass tips, 3 pairs of balanced tips, a pair of foam tips and a carrying case.
