The Dayton Audio CF50N-4 midrange speaker combines a 2-inch carbon fiber dome with a high-energy neodymium motor to deliver accurate midrange response from an incredibly compact enclosure. The lightweight yet rigid diaphragm has been optimized for wide dispersion and controlled response across the entire bandwidth. A rubber surround keeps the dome centered while damping the edge of the diaphragm to eliminate unwanted resonance outside the bandwidth. Offering low distortion and a smooth response from 500 to 6000Hz, this midrange driver is perfect for small 3-way designs and car audio installations.
