This 13P1P vacuum tube is a direct replacement for the large (outer) tubes in the Dayton Audio HTA200 tube hybrid stereo amplifier. It acts as a shunt regulator and helps maintain a constant output voltage with a higher temperature coefficient and less noise than its solid-state equivalent.
