The Dayton Audio DMA70-4 wideband Dayton Audio DMA70-4 aluminum cone provides excellent performance and low distortion. This speaker can be integrated into many audio projects, from the design of a Bluetooth portable speaker, a sound bar, a PC audio system and much more!

Designed to provide the best performance at a reasonable price, the uncompromising design of the DMA70-4 is capable of reproducing a very wide frequency range while significantly limiting distortion. The speaker motor uses two Neodymium magnets creating a strong symmetrical magnetic field for high efficiency and excellent membrane control. The magnet set also includes a large copper cover with a sheath to reduce inductance and distortion, thus improving the reproduction of high frequencies.

The 2.54cm diameter double layer coil is wound on an open Aluminium support ensuring excellent heat dissipation and high power retention. The rubber suspension and wide Spider hold the Aluminium diaphragm with very good damping. In addition, the Aluminium dome is attached to the coil support, which also improves high-frequency reproduction. The entire loudspeaker is supported by an 8-spoke bowl with an open design, which also allows for a large linear excursion.

When designing the DMA range, Dayton Audio thought of DIY enthusiasts. Thus, the wide edge of the loudspeaker does not require an extremely precise cut-out and thus simplifies assembly. In addition, the terminals are oriented to simplify their wiring.
