With its BOX X4 tube preamplifier, the big brother of the BOX X3, Fosi Audio unveils an affordable and high-quality HiFi device for people wishing to enjoy the warm and rich sound of tube amplification.
The BOX X4 features on its front panel a volume control with bass and treble adjustment, as well as a 3.5mm jack headphone output for private listening. On the rear panel, there is a stereo RCA input and output with a ground terminal (GND) for phono connection with a turntable (MM), as well as a 3.5mm auxiliary input jack.
The Fosi Audio BOX X4 is the ideal companion for a power amplifier or a pair of active speakers. It will enhance the sound performance of your HiFi setup. Supplied with a pair of JAN5654W tubes (7-pin), these can easily be replaced with 5654W / 6K4 / 6J1 / 6J4 / GE5654 / 6AK5 / 66 tubes if you desire a different sound signature. Overall, the BOX X4 is an excellent entry-level preamplifier.
