KECES EPHONO+ Phono Preamplifier MM/MC/Optical

The Keces Ephono+ is a phono amplifier with a separate power supply, designed to provide precise amplification of analogue cartridges whilst isolating sensitive circuits from electrical interference. It utilises a remote power supply architecture incorporating an in-house developed H-Sonic toroidal transformer, whose design minimises noise and stabilises the voltage to ensure consistent operation of the gain stages.

This approach is complemented by extensive compatibility, incorporating MM/MC inputs as well as dedicated support for DS Audio optical cartridges, allowing the amplification to be adapted to different playback technologies. Impedance and gain adjustment, up to 72 dB in MC mode, allows for precise adjustment of level and load, whilst the balanced XLR outputs (lockable Neutrik connectors) and gold-plated single-ended RCA outputs ensure flexible integration into various systems. In line with this, the switchable high-pass filter limits unwanted low-frequency noise from the vinyl record, whilst the low-noise linear power supply incorporates thermal protection (OTP) to ensure stable, long-term operation.
