The TUNAMI TERZO V2 relies on the 102SSC conductor in primary copper conforming to JIS C1011, whose treatment via full pickling and diamond drawing refines the strand surface to facilitate signal propagation across its active layer. This approach is extended by a double annealing operation eliminating internal mechanical stress, while manufacturing precision of ±1µm ensures structural homogeneity directly correlated to a conductivity of 102.3% IACS.
Beyond material purity, the "3E Stranded" technology organises three strand diameters according to a dense concentric geometry, allowing the reduction of internal gaps and achievement of a perfectly circular cross-section. This structural regularity ensures uniform adhesion with the insulation, limiting dielectric variations and ensuring constant electrical stability in high-level analogue links.
The cable adopts a conductor cross-section of 1.25mm², the largest among the brand's signal cables, thus reducing transmission losses by lowering linear resistance. This approach is reinforced by a second copper foil layer providing continuous screening against external interference, while the third layer — a horizontally wound 102SSC shield composed of 160 strands of 0.12mm — acts against both external noise and internal noise generated by micro-vibrations or discharge phenomena. This hierarchical combination maintains a stable electromagnetic environment around the conductor, a necessary condition for precise analogue transmission in complex high-fidelity systems.

The assembly is protected by a pearl-white polyurethane outer jacket, selected for its mechanical strength and stability over time, while ensuring effective protection against external stresses. This jacket contributes to maintaining the structural integrity of the cable, thus extending the benefits of internal design choices in terms of electrical stability and vibration management.
