Jantzen Audio C-Coil

Jantzen Audio C-Coils have a very low resistance and excellent heat resistance. They can thus support high powers without suffering from overheating and without causing distortion. The model in question tolerates up to 500W (RMS) / 8Ω . In fact, they are particularly efficient for bass induction when filtering your passive hi-fi speakers.

Attention, because of the electromagnetic field inherent to their construction, the C-Coils will not be suitable for a crossover rising beyond 1.20kHz. Also, they are not intended for amplification or any other active system.

Each coil is individually tested with the CLIO @ AC 1V 1kHz measurement system.
