Updated version of the SU-9, the SMSL SU-9 Pro takes the technical base of its predecessor while proceeding to an improvement of the integrated components in order to increase the performances. Thus, this new version embeds a new DAC ESS ES9039MPro, offering a sound restitution of a great richness and precision and allowing the support of high resolution audio streams up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512 as well as the decoding of MQA files.

The whole audio circuit shows a particular care in the selection of the components. There are no less than 11 OPA1612A, a USB XMOS XU316 interface, a CK-03 clock circuit for a significant reduction of jitter and a shielded and regulated power supply stage capable of providing a clean and stable electrical signal.

Excellent DAC
Acheté il y a 6 mois pour monter en gamme à partir d'un excellent smsl d300, il faut dire que le saut en qualité sonore se fait sentir dès les premières minutes. Tous les registres sont présentés d'une façon aérée, précise et dynamique.
Avec un ampli casque topping L30 neutre et un casque Sennheiser HD660S, je retrouve réellement un plaisir d'écoute que j'ai perdu et recherché depuis quelques temps.
L'interface est très fournie et fluide; Bonne télécommande.
je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Surpris par son son.
Ce fut une expérience agréable d'acheter sur audiophonics.fr pour la première fois. Mon avis dessus SMSL SU-9PRO Mon avis c'est un bon rapport qualité prix je l'ai connecté au Reavon UBR-X200 qu'il contient avec un DAC très musical comme le Burr-Brown PCM1690 de Texas Instruments,j'ai un autre DAC le Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M connecté à d'autres lecteurs et aussi au Reavon,après presque trois semaines d'écoute branché avec de bons câbles d'alimentation, le SMSL SU-9 PRO ne colore pas le son, ayant une excellent dynamique, n'étant pas un DAC symétrique ou haut de gamme, il répond bien à toutes les fréquences, je vous conseille de l'acheter.

achat conseillé
avis très positif après 3 semaines d'utilisation (écoute sur casque et ampli STAX): je ne vois pas de défaut, c'est dynamique, fluide, bien timbré et la scène sonore est très bien construite dans toutes ses dimensions.
J'ai comparé à plusieurs reprises à un autre DAC quatre fois plus cher acheté il y a quatre ans. Résultat : le nouveau venu est meilleur.
C'est dire les progrès enregistrés par les DACs (ou au moins certains DACs) en quelques années.
A signaler aussi que le produit me semble bien fini.
