The Wondom BCPB6 is a management module for Lithium‑Ion batteries integrating charge, protection and balancing functions, designed for 6-cell 18650 series packs developing approximately 60 to 80 Wh. It leverages architecture capable of accepting input voltage between 5 V and 24 V, thereby enabling battery charging independent of differential between input voltage and pack voltage, guaranteeing operational continuity across varied power environments. This approach extends to integration of dedicated balancing circuitry, ensuring voltage homogeneity between cells and directly contributing to pack stability and service life.
Compatibility with broad DC 5–24 V supply range enables exploitation of both standard sources and embedded power supplies, while integration of MPPT circuitry authorizes charging via solar panels across 18.3 to 24 V range. Beyond simple compatibility, this optimized power point management maximizes energy recovery under variable conditions, thereby improving overall system efficiency in autonomous or hybrid applications.


The module integrates multiple discharge ports interconnected in parallel, enabling simultaneous powering of different equipment while maintaining coherent electrical behavior across outputs. This homogeneous distribution simplifies integration into multi-load systems, avoiding voltage imbalances and ensuring stable power supply for each connected peripheral.
Dedicated interfaces for external indicators enable visualization of power status, charge cycle and remaining battery level, thereby facilitating operation monitoring even when the module is integrated into a closed chassis.

The BCPB6 integrates comprehensive protection suite — overcurrent, overtemperature, short-circuit and voltage drift — enabling security of both module and associated batteries across extended operating conditions. This approach is strengthened by industrial-grade design orientation, validated to limit thermal elevation and guarantee long-term stable operation, including in constrained environments.
