IFI AUDIO SILENT POWER AC IPURIFIER 2 AC Power Processing Module

The SilentPower AC iPurifier 2 from iFi Audio is a parallel AC conditioning module designed to reduce interference present on the power line without modifying power distribution. It relies on Active Noise Cancellation III technology, generating a signal in opposite phase to neutralize EMI and RFI interference, with noise attenuation exceeding 40dB. This architecture integrates an optimized circuit combined with dedicated capacitors, contributing to maintaining filtering efficiency over an operating range of 90 to 265V AC.

Beyond noise treatment, the device integrates a LED diagnostic system allowing monitoring of mains polarity, grounding quality and wiring consistency, while indicating potential anomalies. It also incorporates a surge protection system capable of absorbing up to 22000A at 1000V (8/20µs waveform), helping to limit the impact of voltage spikes directly at the source. In addition, a 4mm grounding port allows the addition of an external connection, particularly with a Groundhog+ system, in order to divert parasitic noise to ground, while maintaining a compact direct-plug format that facilitates integration into an audio or video setup.
